Went to make a ATM transaction at 7:40 in the evening and it's pitch black, no lights at or around the ATM. I had to use my phone light just to see where to put the card in on the ATM and with all the woods and bushes around if it wasn't it being in a rich neighborhood I never would have pulled up. I felt like I was going to get robbed the whole time. In my my whole life never been to an ATM that dark in that area you should never be like that you should never be like that. Pitch Black with no lights at all very dangerous

It's an outrageous experience. I have personal and company accounts with pnc bank. I usually use the Frisco branch, but I stopped by this branch near my house today because I suddenly needed cash. I gave to jamie(bank clerk) personal check, driver's license to check the distribution, and a pnc credit card. Since I was going on a trip, I asked for a large Bill. Bank clerk jamie said that there are no large denomination bills, so he had to mix them with small denomination bills, and that the my driver's license was expired. so he couldn't confirm his identity, so he couldn't withdraw it. I inquired about the verification process with my credit card or online banking, but they said no, so I went home and revisited with a temporary driver's license. Bank clerk jamie looked at my temporary driver's license carefully to see what was wrong with me, and then avoided work, saying that I should ask the manager again. If you cannot verify your identity even with a provisional license, how can customers do their banking work smoothly? Later, the branch manager withdrew the money in large bills. Even though there are large denominations, they do not provide the services that customers want. I think he lacks a lot of customer service attitude or education. Friendly customer service is required.

Had a great experience here today, Jamie, the clerk in the front, was great. Super polite but also really quick at handling my business for me. One of the better PNC locations in my opinion.
