Had an emergency and came in at 430pm. Paul Shuo was amazing. Saw I needed help and stayed late to get everything resolved. Can't say how thankful I was for this!!

Terrible service and lack of respect for customers time. Went in waited 20mins and bankers sitting there didn't even come acknowledge me or see if I needed help. Then they take another person ahead. Whoever is in charge needs to do a better job of training and communicating.

We went to get a service there someone his name was Davis and another clerk Li and bearded guy plus someone named Leslie made a lot of excuses to not do the service. And they were pretending they were busy . Rather than wasting our time they just could do the service. However we are chase private clients, they were treating us in the lowest possible standards . Also I saw a lot of banker was sitting there without doing anything and playing with their phones. Three of them were standing and talking loudly about the Sundays football game. We never comeback there again. We will close all our accounts there and we are going transfer our money to the another bank.

Came in without an appointment and didnt rlly know how to do what I needed to do but a nice lady came out and helped me get what I needed and was very helpful and nice
