Decided to stop by to send a package back home to Chicago since the UPS was too far from me. Lady at the counter was cheerful and super helpful in handling my package.

Traveled 28 minutes to this place only to find out their printer was down to print passport photos. The cashier said he couldn't send the photo to me but mail the documents to the government office. Also said there is a CVS down the street. No thank you!

Today I was charged $55. to send a letter two day delivery on FedEX at Mr. Parcel. The overnight deliver would have been $75. for a letter. Since the new management this store has been overcharging and it is a place I used quite often. As of May 2, 2022 a Fedex Envelope should be $38.55 next day by 10:30 am. I know this because I looked it up after paying the ridiculous $55. My bad for not just leaving. So I am passing this on for future customers to be aware.
