        Initial response was fast and addressed the water leak. Signed approval to start but tech did not have all paperwork he was supposed to give to me. Flooring, ceiling and insulation removed and dryout started. After that it was a 2 weeks! before estimator came out and another 3 weeks! for repair to start. Communication was ok but I had to call several times to get work completed. Final work completed 14 weeks! after start then I received the bill which was for $8500! more than contract. Invoices for work done over a month before were not sent to me. Communication, work and billing could have been better. Services: Flood restoration, Mold inspection, Flood cleanup, Water removal, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Painting
