The initial consultant was on time, friendly and professional. Though I thought their prices were on the higher side, I went ahead and scheduled the services based on my interaction with him. They scheduled the initial treatment quickly and there was no issue BUT when it came time for the larger service, the pruning of my two Tipu trees, their service was sub-par. I was provided a 2 hour window with my original appointment. They called an hour into that time frame and told me they needed to reschedule. I was annoyed because I had taken the day off work but rescheduled with them. The re-scheduled appointment was scheduled with a similar two hour arrival window. This time, they didn't call me until that window had passed to tell me they needed to reschedule again. Now I was angry, it was the second time I had taken off work for the appointment. I told them to cancel any and all services, that I did not want to do business with them any longer.

We had a great experience with this company. Very professional, not pushy, friendly and quick service. They helped us out with our palms and trees that were struggling. 100% recommend this company. On time service, called ahead like we asked before the appointment. We are in Cave Creek.

We have a ficus hedge that is having issues since the extended summer heat. Kerry inspected the hedge and provided us with an education on what was happening. He also let us know what to look for and things we could do to improve their health. I would recommend Valley Tree Feeders, they were genuine freindly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with them.

I highly recommend Valley Tree Feeders.
Josh and his crew got right to work and did an excellent job cleaning up two trees in my backyard.
Josh even took the time to show me some areas of concern with one of my trees , then recommended the work that should be done. I also really appreciate they took the time to clean up ALL the debris. Also the office staff are very friendly and the gentleman that came out to give the quote was very knowledgeable about trees and which service would be best for my specific trees.
I will definitely be hiring this company again
