DD Landscaping Anthem AZ

2 Stars Given 5/13/2021 - We asked to setup service on our yard, made an appointment for late morning, which became 3pm- not an issue for us, it happens. When the worker arrived, due to difficulties with my Arlo doorbell (yay technology), I was unable to answer the call via phone though I could see him standing on the porch. I called his cell phone while he was still standing on my porch (verified via camera) to tell him I was having technical difficulties with my Arlo and he was more than welcome to start the work. My husband had talked to the worker an hour before to let him know this. The worker said "I just left, I have alot to do and thought you were wasting my time". I felt this was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I told him his services would not be required and booked another company. ** Update ** The day after the review listed, the owner of the company called to personally apologize and did excellent customer recover. He personally came out to view and maintenance the yard. He was very apologetic and advised that the experience we had was not acceptable. Really appreciate the customer service.
