Great experience picking up the vehicle with my reservation but the drop off was terrible. I came in around closing time to see about 5 people working behind the counter and I wasn't even greeted or helped in any way. There was literally a dog standing in the middle of the lobby and the workers were very rude and short. I was talked to like I was dumb and treated like a criminal. They locked the front door 5 minutes before close knowing I was coming back inside to drop off my keys. It's like a big unfuctional family working behind the register who could care less about the customers infront of them. I will not be back to this location.

The people (and dogs) that operate this location are the best! Theyre friendly, kind, and helpful, and they even give you jerky to feed their cute pup. The place just has a good vibe overall and I use this UHaul location whenever I need to rent a a vehicle for moving.

Always a pleasure! This is the only U-Haul place we will use. 4110 E Bell Rd
Phoenix AZ 8503. We have used others and we get slow service and rude staff! I guess the other places can mis out on the dozen times a year we use U-Haul!
