U-Haul Moving & Storage of Ahwatukee

Had my stuff stored in outside unit. Came back and my stuff was covered black dust! It is like someone used a blower to push all the dust under the door! They don't maintain the doors very well hard to get up and down. The door gaskets don't seem to keep any dust out. My unit is in the middle of buildings so would not get direct winds and the dust is black! Who knows if it is toxic?

I cannot suggest anything to be improved for the next customer. I had a flawless experience, easy online check in process and Lynns customer service was impeccable!

This U-Haul storage place is awful. One morning right when they opened I walked in off the street and tried to rent a storage here after I called the day before for specials/ quotes and they gave me a price then the very next day they wouldnt honor it, they tried to upsale me without giving me the discount on top of the wife LIEING to my face stating they didnt offer the deal they quoted me for. When I explained how I called the day before so I know thats not true aswell as my boyfriend got a unit here the day before at the price they quoted me but wouldnt give to me. They looked me up and down and made whatever assumptions/ judgements they wanted to about me the second they saw me, completely unprofessional. If I was U-Haul I wouldnt even let this husband and wife run / manage this location at all. They really reflect poorly on U-Haul. When I told them that I wasnt going to get up sold and charged more than I should be and that Id take my business elsewhere the husband then said We werent going to rent to you anyways SMFH THEY COMPLETELY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME AND ARE RACIST/ JUDGMENTAL AWFUL UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! Do NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR YOURSELF OR ANYONE ELSE, they need to be put out of business.
