        I came maybe like a 3weeks ago to get my first vaccine shot, they were nice and fast. Today I come in for my second shot, just to tell me they don't have it right now. They should of called and let me know. I came all the way up here for nothing at that, I had to pay someone to watch my baby while I go and get it. Waste of time, Im beyond annoyed and I waste my money . Then gonna ask me can I come tomorrow, NO.... I have stuff to do. So they tell me to come in whenever I feel like it.

        Pharmacy staff is an absolute mess. Ari is the pharmacist and she had a very nasty tone when I asked for a pharmacists advice. I switched my entire family to a different rite aid, this one is so depressing.
