I ordered from here specifically asked for coffee and cream no milk .this place put milk in the coffee it gave me cramps all day.l tried contacting the no answer poor service

They never listen to anything the customer says, they will give you what they "think" you said. I always have an issue when I go to this Dunkin. To each their own.

Worst Dunkin in the area. Ordered a large hot tea with honey. Sorry, no honey. Handed the cup of tea to me, which was extremely hot. Asked for a sleeve for the cup, sorry, no sleeves. I asked for another cup to put the hot cup into, ok, that will be $.30 after I already paid for the hot tea and an avocado toast. I also don't want to be addressed as Mommy! Never again, and you shouldn't either.

Most of the time the orders are completely wrong and the coffee at this location has the tendency to taste like burnt watery coffee with cigarette ash.

Walked in at 12:30 as the only customer. Stood here for 11 minutes without being acknowledged. At 12:41 I placed my to go order through the app. 12:43 the managers phones ring, she takes the call. It's 12:47 now, another customer has just walked in and still no one has acknowledged my presence. 12:49 the manager asked how I could be helped... I asked if she was the manager, she said yes, told her what I have typed and she stares at me blankly. Asked if my order was ready, it wasn't. About a minute later I get my bag, get to my car and I have a cold sandwich.
