        Highly recommend avoiding this company. I’ve called 15+ times to close my account. Also, they owe me a refund due to a fee that they were waiving at the time for a withdrawal. My account is still open and the refund was deposited into the account that should’ve been closed. Every time I call there is no history on their end of my previous calls, so they handle it as a new issue, they “claim” to leave notes on my account to reference the call, and say they will follow up within 24 hours or by end of week. It has been over 6 months since I first requested to close my account. Don’t know if my account will ever be closed or if I will receive the refund they owe me.
