      image Sat in drive-through to the window, a total of 27 minutes halfway through the 27 minutes I decided to call and find out why the lady at the speaker was sitting there for over 10 minutes. They explained they were doing a shift change at 8 oclock in the evening And the most disturbing part of it is the lady had a mobile order and already paid for it and they continuously made her just sit there. Finally at window the cashier took the payment debit or credit card and wants to carry on a whole conversation and then bring your card back out the window After you run someones card, give it right back!!! Just a heads up Wendys corporation you lost a potential of six cars that went past drive-through and right out of the parking lot after seeing the long line!!! wait its fast food for a reason!!??? fast food employees are screaming higher wages, higher wages. Well you have to work for those higher wages and that means the more you can get through the drive-through without a long shift change that made absolutely no sense!! i worked fast food in management many years and never did it ever take over 10 minutes to change a shift drawer to the next person.
