I really like this store. Until about 4 months ago I was going 2-3 days a week. I don't go as often anymore because some of the prices are too high. But, I understand prices are going up everywhere. But, they are NOT the NEW NORDSTROMS. They should try to keep their prices reasonable. Items are donated. Keep it fun for us bargain hunters. You would make more $ if you did.

My daughters and I went to this store we were so happy buying stuff but this person named Emily came with a bad attitude and agitated saying we cant be in the changing room with 3 people, my daughters were the age of 7 and 18. Which was ok for me but her tone attitude was so disrespectful to me and my daughters which made it worse. I just can say when I go to others stores like Macys,Target etc I never had a problem about it. Now I do understand its not okay in this store now which I did not know in the beginning till now but her attitude towards us was just out of pocket and unnecessary. This definitely ruined my shopping experience here.

I was at the auction center, the Lady's at the auction center are mean, especially the short lady working with Emily, if the donors who donates items to keep the center running were these mean, I guess you won't have anything to auction.
