First off thank you for taking in my truck last minute! The guys here were really cool and friendly. But boy are they pricey. Came to service my lift gate here on my box truck. A connector on one of the hydraulics broke off. Its a simple 2 wire connector which I was able to diagnose and tell them before coming in. They charged 2 hours of labor @ $150/hr =$300. Its honestly a 30min job. I think a fair price would have been $150-$200. I understand they have bills as well but I feel like they milked the job. Just sharing my personal experience. They stated they had 2 guys on this but dont understand how its a 2man job.

I called early in the morning about getting some mobile truck repair. They weren't in a position to send a repair truck my way. But the service manager spent 15 minutes with me helping to evaluate the problem and figure out which one of his competitors might be able to come to my rescue. He was kind and compassionate to my situation. Very helpful.
