I am giving Bob Lindsay Honda a 5 star review because I feel that I was treated very fairly after purchasing a pre-owned car. We live in Kansas City, Missouri area and made the drive to Peoria, Illinois to finalize the purchase. We actually made the trip to and from in one day. When we arrived at Bob Lindsay, Jeff, our sales person immediately greeted my wife and I and the car was detailed and ready to go. The detail work was done very nicely to this car and actually the detail crew was just finishing with the car when we had arrived. Very professional and most pleasurable experience.. Being that we were pressed for time and had to make the return trip back to Kansas City Missouri area we were able to take the car for a short test drive and the car seemed to drive just fine in the city limits and we felt most comfortable with making this purchase. Knowing that a full vehicle inspection was done on the car and that it had passed their dealership standards for vehicle safety and performance. Again we were very pleased. We made the trip to Bob Lindsay Honda with high expectations of having a pleasant experience with this purchase and we were most satisfied with the full attention, professionalism through our the entire process including working out the final details with Tammy Boyd with finance. We then departed my wife drives the new purchased vehicle back to our home in Kansas City Missouri and I returned with the other vehicle. Being that this was my wife's car I actually never had the opportunity to take it out for a good day to really drive the car until a few weeks had passed and discovered a vibration ine car. Come to find out that the car was out of alignment and that the wheels were not balanced properly. We couldn't really return to Peoria for repairs just for an alignment and we were knew that we made the purchase with new tires. Anyway, we called Curtis with Bob Lindsay and all was good,. Curtis worked through this issue with our dealership in Kansas City and we received payment from Bob Lindsay with no issues, very professional. I know that I will be purchasing vehicles again in the future and I look forward in considering Bob Lindsay Honda for the same professional and most pleasant treatment which we had been shown with this purchase.
