I believe that alot has probably changed since those poor ratings of undeserved one star customers. Let's kick up these 3.5 stars a bit. Anyway, we have been customers of Fry's for several years now so we decided to open an account with USBank for convenience. The team at this branch have been nothing more than exceptional, personable and willing to assist customer service issues without hesitation. As a seasoned Teller myself in my past careers in finance I would like to extend a huge kudos to a specific team member Valerie Pena who was willing to take our cell phone call relayed by our roommate (also a Fry's employee). By nature, she is calming and focused at situations at-hand and JUST BEFORE CLOSE she was there and assisted with an urgent issue transaction concerning a third party in our dealings, ON THE PHONE! Personally I have learned that not only was I teller, but also a troubleshooter, an advisor, a c1 aounselor, psychologist and peace officer to bank customers that I took very seriously. For THAT, this branchs' team deserves 10 stars...and an extended kudos to (just-as-capable) Erin for always having a calming and ready smile!

Best customer service and most helpful staff anywhere.  We've been using this location on 83rd end Deer Valley for 3 years.  They have gone out of their way to be helpful and very professional.
