        Sold Me a faulty handgun, I'm thankful I realized it before I needed it. When I went in, it was cleaned and I was told good luck. If you sell a faulty product, pawned or not, you should take care of it. Refund, replace, or fix it. Won't ever be purchasing from here again. Not when the pawnshop in calera, Sixtyfive pawn was ready to replace it for me before we realized I didn't get it from them. I'd give 0 stars if i could.

        It’s a pawn shop. I’m a negotiator by trade, but hate it when I’m on the other side of the table. They treat people fair and stand by their work. Go in with realistic expectations that this is a business and you are the one asking them for money. You can walk away at any time. No hard feelings. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff
