Bought 4 phones and all kinds of accessories. Added insurance to every phone. When they were selling us the contract and phone, we were their best friends and the most important people in the world, when it comes time to file a claim on a broken phone.... well lets just say they had no clue who we were and. Gave us the number for the claim company, couldnt get anywhere with the claim company, called the store back asking for help, they said, "we dont do anything with the insurance....." I understand it is a separate company but they should at least be able to help you get the claim filed. Instead of just shipping you to a number that never answers. Still cant get any help but they are still taking my money for the insurance.
