        Called the wood river store to ask questions about upgrading and Joey straight up hung up on me when I called back he answered again when I asked for a manager he said there wasnt one and hung up on me again worst customer service ever. Would not suggest this store at all and I think I may even switch companies all together just to get better customer service.

        Priscilla was very helpful and attentive and helped with all our needs on our problems that we had with our phone I would recommend her anytime.

        The 3 star is mostly for the overall company and not the particular location. A new distributor took over and got rid of the old staff and now the store has gone way down in terms of quality and service. The employee's are mostly nice and helpful, but overall a middling experience.
