Definitely not enjoying my interaction with this company. The first and only time I've gone in I saw the manager (owner?) some guy named Dee fighting with another woman who worked there. He yelled at her and she was being pretty aggressive too. It was really uncomfortable. I stayed though and bought insurance anyway- Sarah was helpful. When I called back today to check on it I was spoken to in a condescending way by Dee. The woman who answered the phone, Shelley, sounded pissed that someone had even called. The 3 people I spoke to on the phone interrupted me, talked over me, seemed like they were pissed that I even called and spoke to me like I was a child. I'm pretty angry now. Not the best way to start my morning. I don't think I've ever left a review before but I felt so dismissed and frustrated. And all that for no reason. For what could have been a quick phone call. Seems like everyone is miserable there and spreading the bad feelings. I felt so angry that I had to say something. They could do better.

Sarah Hinds is as good as they come, as a professional Health Insurance specialist.Relocating to California, from another state has its challenges, and Sarah took the reinsIn guiding us through the qualifying process for our health insurance, including my husband's Medicare authorizations.  The team here is great.  From reception to meetings with the representatives, they make one feel comfortable and well assured.  Great source of valuable services, for your insurance needs.  Highly recommended!!

I have worked with both Simon and Sarah at HFG.  The are very helpful, friendly and trustworthy.  It is nice to do business with a local family owned company.
