Wow horrible place only one worker, dang honestly this is a bad place i waited for an hour and 10 minutes to be assisted. Why there is no staff in this place. Management seriously need to get it together. Thats the reason why i prefer to do anything through the phone. But it really sucks. Sometimes we have documents to upload which doesn't even take 20 minutes. What is there to do for people to not go through this. Do we need to go to the city and complain or what. I honestly dont recomend this place for my experience.

Hasn't been open the last three weeks I have came. I showed up on my days off and they are closed. Their hours show 9am-7pm. Yet, they are still closed. I need to get paper work done. They had a sign but didnt state when they would reopen. Today, no sign and still close. So upsetting!

I just moved to Paso from Santa Maria and found out they had a location here! Total live safer. I came in today for a question regarding my policy and I was beyond great full to Marcela she went far and Beyond to answer my questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. Even when the rudest customer came in Interrupting yelling and insulting her she kept her cool and did everything she could to help and answer the mans questions. Unbelievable that people could be that Disrespectful and disgusting!
