      image This company installed flooring in my residence 2 years ago and I noticed that it was starting to buckle in certain areas. I had a contractor here doing work and they pointed out that our floor wasn't leveled around the toilets. I contacted the company 6 days ago and they have yet to contact me to schedule a home visit or schedule any repairs. I follow up and they have the same reply, "I see your claim, and someone will call you within 24-48hrs." Well, we are well past that point. The work was decent but trying to get them to uphold the lifetime warranty, not so much.

      image This is definitely the place to go for your flooring needs. Wesley (Pasadena location) did a phenomenal job as our service person. He came in on his day off to make sure we were all measured up and ready to go. He pretty much called us every step of the way. The work was done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Floors For Living will get our business every single time!
