I hired Lofty home to install luxury vinyl plank flooring for three rooms including closets.  The experience was great from getting an estimate to installation of floors.  Lofty Home answered all my questions. Kim, the sales representative, explain the product i would be getting.  The installation looks good. The contractors were on time and the cleaned up after they finished.   I would highly recommend this company.

Vi and the team did a great job on our condo kitchen demo and remodel! The crew always showed up on time and left everything clean each day. Vi was on site much of the time and always quick to respond when we had a question. The cabinets, countertop, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. was done by top notch professionals. We plan on using Lofty for a future bathroom remodel and highly recommend them!

Hey neighbors! Sharing a great business located in Pasadena! loftyusatx.com 1 (888) 802-8155 1. Great customer service! I am all about customer service and not having my time wasted. I had this idea of what I wanted in our playroom that's becoming more of a "Pre-teen" room. Ms. Kim put my idea into motion and sent me visually what I pictured. They came out within 24hrs to measure, and BOOM! It was done in less than two weeks, as I have a newborn at home and needed it done immediately. 2. Their employees have great attitudes I'm all about what and who represents their company. They have amiable workers. They came in and asked if they were required to wear masks! (I appreciated the consideration!) and I asked them to wear shoe covers, as we don't allow shoes in our home. They happily obliged. 3. Super satisfied with their job! I am waiting on handles, which I took forever because they have such a great variety.
