Ive had 2 very successful surgeries performed by Dr. Lund in the past and had the pleasure of him revealing I was pregnant prior to a scheduled surgery. The entire experience from office staff to doctors was wonderful. I was surprised to see negative reviews and disagree completely. I hope to get my son in to see Dr. Lund and love that I can be confident in his care.

I want to start off by saying Dr. Lund is absolutely fantastic! I have been working with him for a couple of years and I have enjoyed my visits with him he is very thorough and knowledgeable. The reason for the review is because his staff is absolutely terrible. They are rude, insensitive, and incompetent. In the two years that I haven’t seen him I’ve never had a good interaction with anyone on the staff. I would highly recommend doing some employee evaluations.

I feel insulted by this office, wants me here 45 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork work that takes 5 minutes to fill out. If I we're still in kindergarten I might need 45 minutes to fill out the paperwork. Must be nice when my time is there money.

Doctor Lund is a terrible doctor who thinks he knows all, he has misdiagnosed multiable people in my family and caused them to live a shorter more painful life, do not see him or his asst. for anything make the trip to anchorage or to Seattle for better treatment

This doctor cares for his patients. My mom was under his care when she learned she had kidney cancer. It was too far progressed to do anything about it, but when our family invited him to her funeral, he showed up. Says a lot about a person's character and a doctor's commitment. I will always choose this doctor for any and all urological needs.
