Valley Urology

Today called after being told by my doctor they would call after they went over the image of my blocked ureter tube. I called today and was treated rude by office. They said it was my job to call. Google said the specialist is supposed to call you. Everything online explained your doctor calls in the referral and they call you. Was yelling at it is the patients job to call us. Even when you were told they will call you. Horrible service laying home in bed in pain. Who even knows the damage being caused by my ureter tube being blocked and destroying my kidney even more. I was told they would call when they saw the images they have obviously seen the and know I need surgery to unblock it and I am being yelled at told I needed to call. I would have called weeks ago if I knew they were never going to call. Every other time they called so that is a lie.

Honestly don't go here. The "Dr" won't be able to diagnose you with anything and you'll be left with more questions than answers. Find somewhere better. I know I will be.

Girl who answers the phone is extremely rude. I recommend going elsewhere.

Wants me here 45 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork that took 5 minutes to complete. Maybe if I was in kindergarten it might take me 45 minutes to fill out the paperwork. Insulting to ones intelligence. You would think that if I was 45 minutes early that I would not be waiting another 15 minutes past my appointment time. Just sad.
