Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the banker there, but I went there because there was a hold in a deposit I made and I asked the banker to please remove the hold and she refused to help. I had to go to a different truist to get help and they were able to do it. This banker at this truist was unwilling to help when I know what I was asking was possibly

I have banked with Suntrust now Truist for over 10 years. We recently began using the Palm City branch after being a customer of the Stuart branch for many years. Unfortunately, we experienced the worst customer service I have experienced from any business in a long time at the Palm City branch this past week. The bank representative who is arguably one of the most unpleasant individuals to front a business made it very clear she couldn't be bothered with us as she introduced herself not by her name (wishing I had it to list here) but rather how she was very busy finishing something for another client and then had an appointment in 1 hour with another client "so she may not be able to help us". Snarky, rude, and utterly devoid of a shred of customer service. She eventually offered us a seat, but again emphasized her current workload and that she may not be able to help us as if we didn't catch her rudeness the first time. During a brief discussion of our concerns regarding our bank accounts she stated she could not help us. However, through persistence and continued questioning we were able to obtain the information needed to accomplish our goals despite this banker's attempts to hinder us at every step and I might add she appeared to take pleasure in doing so. Ultimately, we left and visited the Stuart branch which we have used for years, and they eagerly welcomed us and completed our requests without hesitation. We have previously had pleasurable experiences with Ed and other bank tellers at the Palm City branch, but after today's interaction will never return to this branch.

More and more impressed with his bank every day. If you have an issue see Kaitlyn. Shell even remember your name. How often do you get that in a bank. I stand in line people come in and she knows everyone. Ive only talk to her once and she remembered my name. Call she takes care of any issue you have. Its the employees that make it special no matter where you go.
