I have been with pnc bank for 4 years, and I brought to the attention of Vanise costanzo. That I was a dissatisfied customer, she rudely called me a liar and said she did not care if I closed my account. Upon hearing this, I emailed mrs Kirkland and shared with her the situation, and why I was so unhappy I detailed in an email step by step why I was dissatisfied. After been a loyal customer for 4 years. Mrs contanzo didn’t care that I was going to close my account over a 7 dollars charge. She have a very nasty disposition, and treated me as if I was annoying and bothering her, I was not looking for special treatment, I was only asking to be treated with dignity and respect.

I wish I could give a zero!  I went to the bank with 2-100 bills and asked for a mixture of change 20's. 10's and 5's... the teller told me that they could not do that because I was not a customer of the bank.  Well I can promise you I will NEVER be a customer of the bank.  Can you imagine how idiotic that statement was... I was exchanging a 100 dollars for 100 dollars...

Some of the things about Pnc are great but depending on the location, some of the things are bad.    Customer service is not the best that there could be ... but locations are great ..... the number to call and check your balance is not working more than it is working.      Recently trying to get a new debit card after having my pocketbook stolen was horrendous.     If it wasn't for the fact that I have direct deposits and autopsy's I would have left that bank.

I walked into this branch to cash and deposit a check so it is available the same day. I made that very clear to the teller (mind you, Ive been with this bank for almost 7 years now, so I know how it works). she proceeds to verify my account.
She then tells me shes not able to cash and deposit it because the amount of the check and I dont have that amount in my account. I blankly looked at her and said yes I do. She gave me a surprised look and said Im sorry I didnt look in your other accounts, I will do that. But also keep in mind if I just deposit it, it will be available tomorrow I insisted that she just do the same day deposit. A minute goes by and she gives me a receipt that says deposited and tells me to have a nice day I walk to my car and check my balance and the check was not in there readily available after I explained to her several times what I wanted. After going back into the branch and having the manager fix the problem and wasted about 15-20 mins reversing the transaction the teller says sorry I just wasnt paying attention ???? Isnt that your job to pay attention especially when youre dealing with other peoples money? Or was she being too lazy?
