On Baldwin Pond

The apartments are nice, well-appointed. Granite counter tops, the pool is gorgeous and normally empty during the week, Pat the maintenance guy is super nice and makes sure everything is in great working order, and Joe is a wonderful manager who helped us out when we were in a bind! Great ppl and other tenants are nice. Location is sooo convenient! I only left bc I needed a bigger place for my mom. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex and management!!!

Second lease in and this place has been great. The structure of the building is surprisingly good at deadening the sound of the nearby airport, to the point I am not bothered by noise. Upkeep of the building and maintenance is astoundingly well done. Renting from a person has been leagues better than renting from a company.

I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment on Baldwin Pond for two years with my pup and daughter and absolutely loved my time there. Everyone stayed to themselves but was friendly when walking around the path by the pond. If you want to be in the Baldwin Park area this is a nice small apartment complex with great stores nearby and not too far if you need to go downtown or Orlando International Airport. The grass is kept up and if you call for maintenance it will be resolved by the next day. I would just suggest to the property manager to enlarge the numbers on the building got my deliveries sent to the wrong building several times and had to chase it down, but was always able to retrieve it. I lived at Baldwin Pond for 4 years, just recently moved out because a few friends of mine wanted to rent a larger space. I loved the location of the Pond; Downtown, Mills/50, Audubon Park, Winter Park and UCF are all within a reasonable distance. Joe (landlord) and Pat (maintenance) will make sure to address or fix any issues you're having while renting and were more empathetic than previous landlords/management offices I've rented with. I encourage you to check it out if you're looking for an affordable and quiet apartment near Baldwin Park. If I wasn't up-sizing I would have re-signed!

One of the quietest apartments I’ve lived in over the years - nice thick concrete walls. It's also an easy drive to downtown or the airport, or if i’m just heading out for a bite to eat. Several places to eat are even walking distance. Best part is the manager, Joe has been quick to respond to any needs or questions that have come up while living here. Overall, it's a great apartment.
