to EMILY in the leasing department.... I would like to dedicate this review to you. I hope this reaches you and i hope this is viewed by all current and future tenants as well as management and leadership. I wanted to take the time to express my heartfelt gratitude for all of you help. You have brought me comfort and hope. I have been homeless since August 2023 living in a vehicle mostly with my son. I was approved for housing in April and immediately reached out to several properties. After many denials due to rental requirements I began to feel hopeless again. Finally i reached out to Aria Beach apartments and Emily responded quickly that same afternoon. She walked me through the application process and helped me fill out required paperwork needed to proceed. I was approved and we quickly arranged my move-in. Although I was unable to move in due miscommunication this is no fault of Emily or Aria Beach. I must say this, Emily you are what this world needs more of. You gave me hope again after i completely lost it all. You're kind and a gentle human. Your thoughtfulness and genuine care have touched my heart deeply. With your assistance i have secured another unit with-in the same property management company and because of YOU i will be moving in next week. I saw a smile on my sons face that i haven't seen in sometime due to our situation and its simply because of you. You helped me feel complete again. I feel like there's hope for people like me because we have people like you in our lives. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to you. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me become housed again. Your dedication, understanding and time all mean so much to me. I feel lucky to have gotten chance to experience you! I wish you the very best in life you absolutely deserve all good things! Blessing

Well we moved into the Appartment 3/2 the Appartment was full of German roaches, I asked them about the roach problem, they sent somebody to spray and advised do not used any household spray that they used a potent poison for the roaches that the roaches will die off in 10 to 14 days we waited the prescribed 14 days and the roaches were multiplying apparently the potent poison was either expired or had turn to sugar water since since the roaches were actually thriving. I had to step into the situation and kill the roaches myself, but it took 3 months of suffering and aggravation.

Excellent service from Carlos! He came quickly with a lot of good energy to fix the problem with my microwave and patio! It doesn't deserve 5 stars, it deserves a million!
