This dental practice should be banned for the following reasons
I cannot get my dental records- my new dentist has to request them
The husband is the so called manager but is ??
After 20 years as a customer I would recommend staying as far away as possible
BTW - the receptionist does not drive to and from work???
I would recommend that you definitely get treatment from anyone who has real dental hygienist not part time yoga instructors or people who live in Clerlmont!

The staff were all very kind, but Maxine Moncrieffe is running a scam. When I went in for a cleaning, they took x-rays and told me that I had 16 cavities. I didn't believe it because 6 months before at an appointment with my usual dentist I had no cavities. I went to a different dentist that I trust for a second opinion and she told me that I had 1 very small cavity. I also found out later that Maxine's office never even charged my insurance for the x-ray that they took.

I recently visited Maxine Momcrieffe for a routine checkup, had some procedures that took over two months and numerous office visits. I received two crowns, two fillings, and a deep cleaning. While I initially trusted the dentist's recommendations, I am deeply disappointed with the outcome because they did not give me antibiotics. Ultimately this led to a very concerning and life-threatening experience.
Following these treatments, I was weak, sick and visited several doctors as well as weekly labs and procedures to find out the reason for my illness and weigh loss.
In the emergency room they found a severe bacterial infection that required hospitalization for 23 days and resulted in open heart surgery to replace a
damaged valve. It is alarming to note that no antibiotics were prescribed before, during, or after the procedures, which according to my new dentist, is a standard practice for such extensive work.
I never had any heart issues or suffered from diabetes.
This experience not only caused significant physical and emotional distress, but also resulted in a substantial financial burden. I urge potential patients to consider their options carefully before choosing Maxine Momcrieffe.
