Maintenance is good. They help alot. But the laundry room really needs a upgrade. Machine are always down. And you waste your detergent once it doesn't take your card. Then you have to remove all the clothes and hope the next one works. It's frustrating. Other then that the place and people are nice.

I am currently living at River Park it's ok very basic not worth the price AT ALL! so if you are on a budget with apartment hunting do not come here because it seems like they go up 100 dollars on the rent every year. I moved here in 2020 and the rent for a 2 bedroom 2 bath was 1285 I renewed the lease through 2021 and 2022 and it went up to 1385 Now if I renew the lease again through 2023 it will be 1585 so somehow they are jumping from 100 to 200 dollars on the rent this apartment is nowhere near that much I say these apartments should be 1,000 a month that's it the walls are very thin and the kitchen is hella small I can say tho that they are very good with maintenance you put in a service request for something they are usually here the same day or the next day so they are very good about that and also it is very hard to find a parking space at night so that could be another challenge I really haven't had any issues with these apartments except for the price it is an overpriced apartment

If you want to live here, get roommates. It's pricey and it's a better deal if split with people. River Park is a lovely place to live if you like to be close to stores and nature as the nearest park is right behind the property. Lots of stores are within a 5-minute drive and food in the neighborhood is solid and worth checking out.
