Made a mistake on the time the pharmacy opened after lunch so got a chance to check out the store. It's clean and the staff friendly.

Im not one to leave bad reviews often, but this place needs a serious change in some of their staff. Theyre rude, impatient, and act like youre an inconvenience to them. Id skip this place altogether and go somewhere else.

Negative 2 stars! This place is a joke. Argued with them all day because apparently pharmacists know better than doctors about prescribing medicine. Dr. Prescribed a high dose of antibiotics for a massive infection, and they wouldn't fill it. Then, after the Dr chewed them out and got them to fill it, I called to make sure I wasn't wasting a trip back there and was on hold for over 45 minutes even while I was in the pharmacy drive through with a clear view in watching people standing around doing nothing. This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to. Back in September I had new prescription made for my medication that I need to be on everyday. I go to fill them yesterday and they lost my prescription they said they never received them even though I have proof they were sent to them on Sept 11. Instead of trying to figure out what happened they HUNG UP ON ME!!! Can you imagine not having your life saving meds Im already panicking and they HANG UP ON ME!!!!!

I havent had an easy experience at this pharmacy even once but this weekend was the cherry on top. Im sick, my whole family is sick, I need a prescription to be started on a specific day and time in order to prepare for an upcoming surgery. Im sure most people have urgent needs when it comes to a prescription not just me, and I get that. However I go to fill it on Saturday. They say itll take a couple hours. I ask if I can pick it up first thing the next day bc Im currently fairly ill, they say @sure itll definitely be ready by tomorrow morning. Great! Thank you! I wait until noon to pick it up the following day but its not ready. They dont even know what prescription Im picking up! Its the only one I e dropped off! They say itll be a few hours. Okay so I go back hours later and the drive thru is closed, but no indication theyre open at all just a sign that says pharmacist is out and no prescriptions can be filled. I call the store to ask what is going on and let them know Ill need my written prescription back so I can fill it somewhere else and guess what??? The people are in the pharmacy filling prescriptions but didnt want to deal with the drive thru. Sure you dont. Thats fine. Just put up a sign that says come inside. Hire more staff Walgreens! Treat your employees better and Im sure the customers will benefit.
