        We have used Norman's Upholstery for years. Great craftsmanship, honest, helpful. May have to wait a little while for finished product but it is worth it! Husband and wife team.

        I spoke w/ Norman once & was given a rough ballpark of $300-400 for a zipper repair. I was fine w/ that & sent pictures to get more detailed quote & timeline. And then No response. I reached out again a couple months later, discussed it again, resent the pictures again & no response. Finally when I called back after another week they brushed me off & said it would be too expensive & they would have to disassemble the whole couch. WHICH I ALREADY KNEW. These guys have all the business they can handle already so if you would like to get your repair in your current lifetime I would highly recommend going elsewhere. $400 to repair a $4000 couch is not a big deal. I wish I could share the same experiences everyone else supposedly had w/ your company.
