        The guy who's been working there forever, sees to it high quality work is a regular occurrence at this repair shop! I've heard they may go out of business. If so, that'll be a sad day for the Omaha metro area

        When a customer calls to ask a question, you let them speak first before you cut them off. I was not done asking my question and whoever answered didnt even listen to what I had to say. I was completely cut off in the middle of my sentence . Even if you could repair what I needed repaired, I would reconsider bringing it to you because of your customer service alone.
