Bought an oil pump for a 2014 Chevy Silverado 5.3l after having a master mechanic install oil pump and putting everything back together the pump was bad. I called and they will not stand behind the bad pump. I asked for all the part associated with replacing the oil pump because they sold me a bad pump. They refused and would not stand behind their parts. Do not do business with these people you will regret it.

I am a return customer to McCarthy (Morse) Chevrolet.... the whole team is wonderful! Kamron (our Sales Associate) was absolutely fantastic and the McCarthy team is so lucky to have him! What a great asset to their team/family! Not only is he knowledgeable from a sales perspective (knowing different trim levels/features/models etc of each vehicle, he REALLY knows his stuff!), but he also has a mechanical background and knowledge to give more in depth explanations past what is listed on the basic vehicle information sticker on the window (ie: different transmissions and their basic functionality, overall mechanical specs and comparison, old vs new technology, etc). I really appreciated his all around knowledge and it TRULY made a difference in my whole experience. I admit, finding me a vehicle was a tall order and a challenge! My car accident left me with a totaled vehicle, which meant car shopping/having to find a new vehicle....even though I didn't want to and wasn't really ready! I quickly had my heart set on a Blazer after one test drive (definitely an upgrade from my previous vehicle), but wanted to keep it within my tight budget and I was starting to think that it probably wasn't practical or going to be possible, understandably so! Enter Kamron, Brendan Dow (Sales Director), and Michael Downs (Finance Director)....my Dream Team! Seriously! Those guys worked HARD to make it happen for me and it did! I couldn't be more satisfied, start to finish with my experience or my new (to me) Blazer. It's perfect! Kamron even took the time to make/send me videos of vehicles that became available in the days following our initial visit that I might like. Full walk around videos, including mentioning and showing features that he remembered I was looking for and that were important to me (blind spot indicator, etc). Now THAT is going the extra mile. There's a reason that I was a return customer. I won't purchase a vehicle anywhere else! They offer nothing but the best in terms of customer service AND in the vehicles that they sell.
