image Took my car in for a simple oil change to this place for the first time. After waiting with no tv or WiFi available to customers (its whatever) - I was then informed my car needed $2,500 worth of repairs and I could bottom out soon - took my car back to my normal place & was informed all the needed repairs were fake. Its a good staff here but 3 stars cause you gotta watch your back in this world & us ladies cant go places like this alone I guess.

Thank you for the feedback, it helps for us to make improvements! My husband had a dream to open his own shop to treat ALL people right. I helped him start this business in 2001, so I value your perception of our business. I am not sure why you didn't have access to TV or WiFi, because we have both so I will be looking into that further. I do know we have had some recent difficulty with WiFi connection and had to call support, I would be interested to know if you had problems with TV or WiFi during your first visit in December? Please call the shop 913-451-2539 to discuss further, as I am looking at the pictures on the Digital inspection with the recommendations made by the ASE Certified Technician and want to be sure that you fully understand the report and prioritization of recommended repairs. Items marked in red are most critical, which in your case is your rear suspension. The items in Yellow are important, but not critical. These could be items that are starting to show wear or are due by the Manufacturer scheduled Preventive maintenance recommendations. Brake Pads are measured for depth and included on the inspection/ recommendations for safety. The purpose is to let you know the condition of your vehicle, so that you can make informed decisions about your car and to be able to budget. You have the right to ask to see your vehicle while it is in the air and I would encourage you to do that and ask questions if you are having any doubts, where ever you take your vehicle. We will use your feedback for further staff training, as it is my goal to build the communities trust and be sure that we are doing an exceptional job with educating and providing the best customer experience!Thank you,Julie Ralston

image I took my 09 Nissan Murano in for service. Was hard to steer. They said they replaced power steering pump and it did help. I took it back and they said it was a faulty power steering pump and replaced under warranty. When o picks up it seemed like it was the same. He said I needed rack and pinion.
I chose not to do. Took forever to get and when I picked it up the battery was dead.
Took the vehicle to another mechanic to have rack and pinion done. They told me the power steering pump was bad. I said it was just replaced twice. I guess I got hides by auto doctors. Proceed with caution.
They are crooks in opinion.
Your mileage may vary but I will never step foot inside as long as the same manager still works there.

After looking into this, I find your vehicle was last in for service July 2022 and you did decline the recommended repair with us. I can understand frustration with faulty parts as we get frustrated as well, but if the power steering pump was again faulty, that would have been covered under warranty. I am sorry this experience has been weighing on you for so long without our knowledge. My goal is with your feedback, I will improve our business. Thank you!

image I called first thing this morning. They confirmed a price and that if I came that minuet, that they have the parts as I described on phone. They also said two hours and I would be out. I got hear at 9:10. Its now AFTER one! They still dont have the part they claimed they had and were waiting on a dealer to deliver it. Its 1:10. (Two hours longer.. so far they cannot call dealer or delivery service to get me an idea of when I might get out of this waiting area. So assuming this place is competent, the best I can give this place is two stars

Thanks for the review and sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. We do not stock parts but usually have no problems getting parts delivered quickly! After completing the call audit and talking to my team there was no mention of having parts in hand, so I am sorry that you were under that impression. I understand that they got your vehicle in immediately and ordered the parts, that you requested immediately after confirming the VIN. The part supplier is taking longer than expected to get all the parts and I agree this is frustrating to all of us!! Alex explained the situation and unfortunately could not give you a promise time. We are doing everything we can to get you back on the road!!
