Poor customer service, I was there @4p to open an account, but after waiting for 45 minutes the so-called slow and illegal banker advised me that they wouldn't be able to provide service to me at this time. Therefore, suggested that I return tomorrow for service. The described treatment of any customer, guest or visitor shouldn't never happen at a public corporation. Customers of TCF Bank should close their accounts and safe guard the public from financial fraud.

6/6 4PM sat on car for 10+ min. Only one lane open. Line did not move. 1 person came to the door and 3 other appear at door to help take out stuff (3-5 trips) while people sat in their cars. This had been great up to now. I travel to suburbs because the counter at Jewels was not open. Banks are necessary business. They should be open.

Some my be deterred by the confusing accessibility, yet the customer service is bar none. Came in distressed...twice... I left with a new bank account, an official card(results may vary) and the banking team walked me through the process to reset my online 🏦 account.(reason for my distressed return). These kind people saved my day. Gustavo even called by the end of business hours to make sure everything was in order. I don't know what about a lot of these other experiences but I literally never had that much ease in setting up a bank account.
