A gentleman that came out was going to send us quotes my email and give us a phone call and that was over 5 days ago. His name is Damon so we are pursuing other quotes. Very very disappointed

Very Dissatisfied with service and billing. I called them to check my boiler, told them it was flashing at number 13 and that it meant the fan was running too slow. Repairman came out and asked me how I knew what the 13 meant and did I have a book on the furnace. I told him no book, I googled it. He checked how much voltage came to it and said he would send an estimate for repair. Low and behold, it was the fan motor. He was here for no more than 30 minutes and all he did was check the voltage to the fan motor. I received my first bill over a month later, saying it was my second bill and to "pay immediately to avoid being turned over for collections". Called to question why it costs almost $200 for someone to come out, which was not told to me prior to coming. I was told they charge portal to portal; this guy must have came from New York. The told me this is a pretty standard service charge. First place I called, Loving's Heating and Cooling, stated they charge $90. Air Temp refused to budge on this.
