The service I received was very professional. I was having an issue with my furnace and the CSR was so helpful and made a suggestion that saved me money. Her expertise saved me a deposit on a minor issue, I could resolve by replacing my air filter. Highly would recommend this business.

Originally our unit froze over and leaked over where. A tech came out charged it and was working great. It started Leaking from the A/C unit. Dried it up and set a towel down and called since it was still under warranty. The owner came by, didn’t even look at the unit, said there is no leak. I told them there’s a wet towel there to soak up the leak and he just started arguing saying the towel was dry and said he was going to charge us even though it was covered under warranty, he said that everything was fine. I explained where it was dripping from and he said he “couldn’t see it” and left. I cannot emphasize this enough, he didn’t even open the panel to see that the inside of our unit was flooded. Just call another business, this owner is rude. Service: AC maintenance

It was a pleasant experience from the reception I received from the first phone call. My water tank went out and Bernie came out to install a new one the same day. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the quick service and professionalism. I had an issue with water leaking from my tank shutoff valve a few months later. I called them to help me figure out why, and Bernie came over to fix the problem for me with no issue. I’d definitely recommend Around the Clock to anyone who’d ask about services they provide.

I've used this service through my Home Warranty twice, they have now replaced both the computer to my furnace and my inducer motor. Both times they have been incredibly amazing! Today especially, I was so concerned after our furnace went out on what is supposed to be the coldest week this winter. Thankfully a quick phone call was all it took to get scheduled! Debbie answered my call and was so caring and attentive. A tech was here within 2 hours and my heater was up and running within an hour of him arriving, that included the time for him to go pick up the part! Rene, the tech, did a great job of explaining the problem and was courteous throughout his time in our home. You all are truly top notch!! Thank you!
