This office cancelled an appointment my elderly mother made three weeks in advance *the night before the appointment* because the planner was "too busy with taxes." She was a paying customer like anyone else, and badly needed financial advice after the passing of her husband. She had waited patiently for her appointment to get some advice. No compassion and terrible customer service. Avoid for sure.
