Worked here. One of the most if not the most toxic working environment Ive ever been in. They teach you to collect debt in a manner that will keep borrowers in a cycle of default in order to maintain the contract. Organization should be investigated.

I had to report this company to the FTC for identy theft. I've never had any kind of business dealings with this company at all, and the alleged debt that they placed on my credit report was non existent with the company they falsely reported as being the creditor. I'm pretty sure that my information was sold to them via the dark web. Monitor your credit reports folks. These thieves are slick.

If I could give them a zero I would but we dont have that option! I received a bill for my husband, whos disabled, and I take care of all the bills. I have no idea what this medical bill was for so I asked ONLY who it was with and she wouldnt speak to me without me faxing over a power of attorney for him, like I have a fax machine at my house. I then said but youll take MY credit card number to pay it, right?! Well she hung up on me! Thats professional service!

Found on my EOS CCA on my credit report that Direct TV account was opened in FL for 4 months in 2019. Claim on credit report was ~$750 after a few minutes they offered to SETTLE for $435. I said no way. I have lived in Or. for over 20 years. Have NEVER been a DISH customer and never will. Called to protest , forwarded to "claims" department gave report, then received form from EOS CCA asking for all of my personal information. They also connect AT&T to this process. NONE of the customer service numbers would connect. Not sending my personal information to anyone I am not familiar with. Sorry. Smells like a scam. Plan to continue to protest the credit bureaus to remove from my report.
