I decided to visit to visit the property since I'm looking to move in fairly soon. The upkeep of the property is pristine and the management sells itself. Great customer service and very professional, property is in a great location, I definitely recommend this place !

University Commons spent a lot time clean our balcony carefully, it's all covered dusty before her work, now it seems to be new and looks beautiful, we can enjoy our time in the balcony again, thank for you cleaning up.

The old property manger and now new one are both AWESOME! Any issues they solve them in a timely manner. I mean stuff happens we live in LA. Great people in complex. Lived in a few different places in CA since moving from the East and this is by far the best complex.
