Honestly this place would be so much better if it wasnt for the roaches. At any given time you will see them. Between the months of July and October if you walk around the complex you see roaches everywhere. Its pretty gross. And no matter how much you clean up your apartment they will infiltrate your dwelling. Staff is friendly enough but are not phased by the roaches to the point where the manager literally told me that its normal for the roaches to be out because its hot. I have lived in plenty of places and never seen it this bad. Supposedly they have regular pest control guys come by but you couldnt tell. The city should tear these apartments down and just start over. I would love living here except for the fact that Im greeted by roaches every morning and pretty much anytime I come home from work. Just save your money and live somewhere else.

When you walk into the complex, it's absolutely beautiful and looks clean in the quad area. That's about where the compliments end from me. This place was a nightmare. We moved into an apartment that had a pre-existing roach infestation that the management swears they were unaware of. From day 1 it was nothing but a headache. I literally slept in my car in the parking lot for over 2 weeks until I resorted to asking relatives to let me stay with them temporarily because of the roaches. They did not offer any useful solution to the roach situation for over a month. They also refused to give us a refund on our rent, and they refused to let us go. All they did was finally (after a whole month) offer a different apartment unit in which they think magically erases all of the inconveniences we dealt with. The management personneI dealt with were very stubborn with super snarky, disrespectful and dismissive attitudes. For context: Silvia, the supervisor of the onsite manager at the time started YELLING at me on the phone before I could even finish my casual question to her about the next plan of action. After repeatedly over-talking me, she hung up on me. My roommate said he had a had the same experience when contacting her. I've never regretted signing a lease this strongly. Oh, also: - You can't leave the parking lot without a gate opener because there is no motion sensor - Unlike many other residencies: only a 1 day grace period on rent - You can only pay rent with a physical check (no online paying which is unbelievable business practice in 2020) - Parking is pretty bad in the area - The water pressure sucks - The showers are poorly installed with a cheap tub that made unsettling crackling sounds when you step in it - The windows are dirty old janky single pane windows from the stone age. (Btw my didn't even have a screen and another window had glass separating from the corner of the frame. - One of the AC units did not work from day one. The list goes on... The only pleasant memory I have from living here is that the quad/lawn area and the leasing office+workroom are beautiful. But that is heavily outweighed by the cons. Please, for the love of God LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR HOUSING
