I was greeted as I entered the store. The clerk asked if she could help me. Within minutes I was the proud owner of a new 4.5 quart, stainless steel pot to use on an induction stove top. When I have more time, I will return to just browse around the store. Love it. Thank you for the get service and the military discount!

I've been there many times. I'll be going there again this weekend, gotta get ready for the holidays. I read a few reviews saying that it's got poor customer service. First let me say, it's a restaurant supply store. If you want personal attention go to crate and barrel. Or that they closed the door they said at 1 minute before 5. How do we know you're telling the truth. Stop being a Karen and understand that the people who work there have families too. Don't be so rude and privileged. Do what you came in there for, find what you need and buy it. Don't expect people there to hold your hand. This isn't a retail store with sales associates walking around. They do a great job, they have whatever you're looking for. If they don't, here's a concept, maybe they sold out of that product. Maybe because I know what I'm looking for, I've never had a problem with the people working there. I just want to say thank you for being open to the public. I know that not all restaurant supply stores aren't.
