You should not come here expecting to
receive quality professional service
because the staff are completely
horrible. I don't leave reviews unless it's
needed! Please!!!!! To all my fellow
Veterans and Local Tidewater Patrons!
I'm a Veteran and when I tell you my
PTSD was on 1000 when I was trying to
lay my family to rest. I was a witness to
this unprofessional bald head lady at the
front desk name"JESSICA" she was undeniably rude to my family member.
My first impression of the establishment
was not a great one, these people don't
have sympathy for the grieving family!
Please take your love ones to another
establishment that is professional and
give you valuable service. Read these
reviews before you waste your money!!!!!

Burying my son Terrell has been the hardest experience of my life. Ingrid took excellent care of any needs that I had. The staff (everyone) has been incredibly caring and generous with their time and patience. There was no question too large/small and my family was treated with genuine kindness. I was never rushed or treated as a customer. All paperwork or forms were thoroughly reviewed. The viewing process was respectful although it was very difficult for me, and I am quite impressed. His home going service was professional and beautiful. From start to end I am truly grateful for Metropolitan Berkley. These guys did a amazing job and Ill tell that to anyone who will listen. Thank you
