This is the most unprofessional, uncourteous establishment I have ever been to. The tellers didn't know their job and looked crazy when a manager or supervisor was asked for, which never came because they're on vacation. How is a bank running with no manager or supervisor? This is the worst experience I have ever dealt with a bank. I would never give them my business or put my funds with them. At that experience level, my money may go missing.

I came in to open a account and Tin Nguyen offered to help .Then he pretended to get a phone call .I know he pretends bc there was no alert and I work in a call center so Im familiar with how a phone works..anyways he leaves his desk and shuts himself in his office for 25 minutes.At this point I take all my belongings and go elsewhere.Super unprofessional

Just opened an account with Jodi Whyte! She was beyond helpful and personable. She helped me find the best account for my situation. She was patient, kind, and made me feel welcomed. 10/10 recommend all your visits be with her! shes awesome
