Gonna give middle.of the road. As upto now havnt had a bad experience with aarons as a whole. However today I made a payment the 2 items I have (which actually pays off 1 of them). Later today they show up to my house to collect the items (only reason for a house visit) HOURS AFTER PAYMENT WAS MADE, thus actually would be 1 item on lease and robbery of the other as it was paid off. Only reason i know they did this is they GLUED their paper to my front window. In addition they will charge a home visit fee for a visit that should not have happened.

Tiffany, the GM at the Jimmy Carter location, came out to my home and personally and made sure my items were delivered and handled properly. There were some issues with one of the pieces due to how it was handled by her drivers but she made sure we were taken care of on the back end. Shes absolutely awesome and definitely takes care of her customers!

TC is amazing, customer service was epic. Hes hands on and make you feel so comfortable and at ease. TC knows all the answers to your questions and concerns. I felt as though Ive known him forever. If your thinking about renting from here, you will have the best experience EVER. Dalia also was very nice and patient, I will definitely be back every time im looking to rent to own. They are the best in town, hands down.
