Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance requests were taken care of immediately and professionally. Move in was easy and care free.

They can't seem to maintain the facilities that they charge you for each month. I don't even know how long the weight room has been closed at this point. Lobby smells like the dumpster in the summer. The heating and AC is out on the main floor too and has been since day one. Edit/update 1/18/2024 Apparently the HVAC was fixed just before I had made my first review. The fitness facilities are still closed and within 24 hours after I posted my initial review, they changed the sign to say that it was "Closed due to resident neglect". I've asked about why it is closed and nobody can actually articulate what is damaged or in need of repair. And I thought I was the petty one...
