        They should seriously consider removing "professional" from their name. Because of their incompetence, I had termite damage to my house and garage. Their carpenter bee "treatment" is a joke. They are rude, never on time. AVOID!!!

        After they were over an hour late to the scheduled appointment, they were terribly rude to my wife over a simple misunderstanding. I called to get a copy of the service paperwork and asked the owner (who was out in the field) to call me back with a time I could stop by his office and pick up the paperwork. Never received a call back.
