This place has really went down!! Ive seen change for the worst, First no one is professional outside of Ms.Tanya in that Rental office,The up keep is horrible,the grounds are embarrassing, its trash everywhere, around doors,piled under the bushes,if youre the manager that means you see the upkeep coming in.. take some time and canvas the property and make changes..most tenants dont care because the manager seems not to, maintenance men brag about doing nothing and getting paid and i must say its a somewhat true statement, they seem to wanna patch work everything, but only doing what they are told to do I suppose, they act like youre a problem tenant when you need something repaired.This is a waterfront property that could be an amazing place to live but yet I am Ashamed to invite anyone out here! Head Maintenance Apparently Dont care along with the rest .its a sad thing , not everyone live rent free out here,Something needs to change! This property has so much potential..But no one CARES NO ONE!

So disgusting !!! Mouse infested, They take forever to do work orders! One of the maintenance men came to work on my door and dif half of his job, the phone are never working and the never even fixed what was messed up when i first moved in!! This place is horrible!
